  • Q: Can you hold a place before I apply?

    A: We do not hold rentals. Applications are accepted after a tour of the property on a first come-first serve basis. Once approved, we will ask for a deposit when the lease is signed.
  • Q: Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

    A: Our standard is first month’s rent and a security deposit.
  • Q: How old do you have to be to apply?

    A: Applications for all tenants over the age of 18 are required.
  • Q: Is the deposit refundable?

    A: Yes. Deductions can be made for unpaid rent, cleaning or damages beyond normal wear and tear.
  • Q: You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

  • Q: How do I pay rent?

    A: You can pay rent as a one time or recurring payment through our website or by check.
  • Q: I want to get a pet. What do I do?

    A: Talk to us and we can discuss with the owner of the property.
  • Q: My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

    A: Just let us know you do not plan on renewing or if month to month, provide 30 day notice.
  • Q: Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

    A: Maintenance requests can be made through our website and we will send out the appropriate vendor. Any normal maintenance is paid for by the owner of the property. Tenant caused damage would be discussed with the owner and billed to the appropriate party.
